My Green Pension began with a shared vision. Claire Bishop and Joanna Coull came together with a simple but powerful idea: pensions should help protect the planet and restore an equitable future, not undermine it.
Their combined strengths shaped the foundations of My Green Pension’s mission and values - Claire’s background in authentic storytelling and community engagement, and Joanna’s four decades of experience in financial planning.
Although Joanna is no longer part of the team, her influence remains woven into our story. She is a reminder of how collaboration, shared purpose, and a willingness to challenge the status quo can spark meaningful change.

Today, Claire leads My Green Pension with a deep commitment to climate justice, transparency, and positive social impact. Her belief in honest communication and the power of community shapes everything we do, ensuring we stay true to our purpose: empowering people to use their money for good and helping to regenerate the planet.
Before founding My Green Pension, Claire created Rewild the Frame, the first B Corp-certified photography business in the UK. That same dedication to ethics, accountability, and positive impact guides her leadership here.
In October 2025, My Green Pension proudly became a certified B Corp, a recognition of our ongoing commitment to people, planet, and purposeful business.
